Jay Samples: I am originally from Southern California, currently living and working as a Rental Property Manager in San Jose, CA. I have been managing rental properties for more than 5 years. I am CCRM certified, and currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Management at Western Governors University. I am a veteran of the U.S. military, including tours in Korea, Cuba, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom. My hobbies include hunting, dog training, and motorcycle riding. I am married to my best friend and we have two wonderful kids.
